Michaela Brown

Michaela Brown has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Card Services Assistant Manager at Star One Credit Union since October 2022. In this role, Michaela has successfully managed various projects related to Visa services, digital issuance, and credit card innovations. Prior experience includes nearly six years at Bay Federal Credit Union as a Senior Card Product/Services Specialist, where Michaela developed strategies to combat financial fraud and was promoted three times. Additional experience includes accounting support roles at SANTA CRUZ NISSAN-DODGE-VOLKSWAGEN and Santa Cruz KPC, where Michaela handled accounts payable and receivable under CPA supervision. Michaela holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan.
