Robert Miles

Robert Miles has extensive experience in IT infrastructure management and web services programming, currently serving as a System Administrator at Star Once Credit Union since January 2004. Responsibilities include managing IT application infrastructure, administering VMware servers, configuring Cisco switches and routers, designing custom Intranet applications, and performing security updates. Previously, Robert held roles such as Web Services Programmer/Security Specialist, where project management of online banking solutions was key, and Senior Fraud Analyst for security solutions. Earlier positions included IT/MIS Support Specialist at Execustaff Inc, Web Systems Advocate at AEA Credit Union, and Direct Sales Representative at Impact Technical Sales. Robert holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from San Jose State University.
