Shauna Cropsey

Shauna Cropsey is an experienced Program Services Consultant at STAR Services, Inc. since February 2019, with a robust background in community engagement and support services for individuals with significant disabilities. Previously, Shauna held various roles at Community Involvement Programs from April 2011 to February 2019, including Program Manager of Community Engagement Services, where responsibilities encompassed advocacy, partnership development, team management, and performance oversight. As Assistant Manager of Day Services, Shauna managed individual care for 12 clients while coordinating services for over 100 individuals and providing leadership to a team of more than 20 staff members. Earlier experience includes the role of Community Support Specialist, focusing on training and community integration activities, along with a position as an English Language Teacher at Language Club International. Shauna holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Gustavus Adolphus College.
