S.v. M.

S.V. M. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. They started their career in 2003 at JAMS HR Solutions, where they worked as an Administrative Executive and later as a Human Resources Executive. In these roles, they provided administrative support, managed records, and handled the recruitment process. In 2007, S.V. M. became the HR Outsourcing Manager at JAMS HR Solutions, focusing on sales, business development, and digital marketing. They then progressed to become the Head of HR Outsourcing & Manpower Supply at the same company, responsible for overall business operations and strategic planning. In 2022, S.V. M. joined STAR SERVICES LLC. as the VP - HR & Business Head, overseeing various departments and functions, including HR outsourcing, manpower supply, and business development. In this role, they managed budgets, negotiated contracts, and maximized revenue.

S.V.M. has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Annamalai University. Continuing their education at Halifax Community College, they obtained a degree in Human Resources Management with a focus on HRM & Staffing. In 2012, S.V.M. pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Anglia Ruskin University. That same year, they also attended the University of Cambridge and completed a Cambridge International Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, S.V.M. obtained certifications in the field, including the Certified International Trade Marketing Specialist (CITMS) from the University of Cambridge in May 2013 and the Certified Human Resources Professional from Halifax Community College in October 2009.
