James Crittenden, PMP, ITIL, is an experienced Information Technology Project Manager with a robust history in project management across various industries. Currently serving at STAR GROUP since January 2019, James manages IT projects focusing on applications for customer service and delivery. Previously, James held positions at Telephonics, where responsibilities included infrastructure governance and vendor management, and at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, overseeing enterprise infrastructure and architecture initiatives. Earlier roles include serving as IT Finance Manager at NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation, where systems were upgraded from mainframe to a distributed environment, and as Claims Manager at The Hanover Insurance Group, managing auto claims. James holds a Master's degree in Finance from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Management with a minor in Insurance Services from Morehouse College.
