Rafael de Haseth

Rafael de Haseth's work experience includes various roles in finance and business control. Rafael is currently serving as the CFO at TSG since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the CFO at STAR GROUP starting in January 2019. In addition, they also served as the Group Controller at STAR GROUP from September 2018 to January 2019. Before joining STAR GROUP, Rafael worked as a Business Controller at CRH from October 2015 to September 2018, where they played a significant role in managing the transition of five small companies into a larger organization. Rafael also has experience as a Business Controller at Bonusan, where they implemented new ERP and CRM systems and developed performance management structures. Rafael started their career as a Senior Business Controller at Tempo-Team, where they were responsible for financial and operational control as well as analysis and advice for the company's activities in the southern region of the Netherlands.

Rafael de Haseth holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Bedrijfskunde with a specialization in Financieel Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Rafael also attended St. Oelbert Gymnasium, but no degree or field of study is specified.
