Joe Citrone is an experienced media professional with a strong background in sports journalism and social media management. Currently serving as a Social Media Assistant at Star Sports since December 2020, Joe is responsible for creating and publishing engaging content, editing, and collaborating with the marketing team. Previously, Joe held the position of Programme Editor at Leyton Orient Women Football Club, where responsibilities included creating content for digital matchday programmes and collaborating on social media strategies. Joe's experience includes a media internship with Spurs Women F.C. and work placements at Charlton Athletic Football Club, LOVE SPORT Radio, and Obergine, showcasing a diverse skill set in content creation, social media management, and marketing. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Journalism from the University of the Arts London.
