Brad Czumaczenko

Brad Czumaczenko is an experienced professional in client development and sales with a strong emphasis on enhancing customer experiences through strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Client Development at Star Telecom since January 2023, Brad focuses on revitalizing contact center operations and delivering customized solutions using Genesys Cloud. Previously, Brad worked at Genesys as a Commercial Account Executive and Regional Account Executive, specializing in customer experience collaboration in Kansas and Missouri. With a solid foundation in client service delivery from a tenure at International Financial Data Services Canada, including roles as Client Service Delivery Manager and Service Desk Team Lead, Brad possesses extensive experience in project management, operational improvements, and relationship building. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Enterprise Management from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
