Jessica Swann

Jessica Swann is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Global Commercial Strategy for Bleeding Disorders at Star Therapeutics since January 2025. Prior to this role, Jessica founded and led Ethos Strategic Advisory, a consultancy focused on product and commercial development strategy.
