Robert Benda

Robert Benda has extensive work experience in quality assurance roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Robert is currently the Executive Director of QA at Star Therapeutics since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director of Commercial Quality Assurance at Puma Biotechnology, Inc. from May 2017 to September 2021. Robert also held the position of Sr. Director of Quality Assurance at ArmaGen Technologies from August 2015 to May 2017. Robert served as the Director of Quality Assurance Supply Chain at Intarcia Therapeutics from July 2013 to July 2015. Before that, they worked as the Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Janssen Alzheimer Immunotherapy Research and Development from September 2009 to April 2013. Robert also held QA positions at Elan Pharmaceuticals from October 2000 to September 2009 and Watson Pharmaceuticals from May 1994 to October 2000.

Robert Benda started their education at the University of San Diego in 1991 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry in 1994. Robert then pursued further education at Marylhurst University from 2010 to 2011 and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sustainability.
