Ken W.

Ken W. began their work experience in 1988 as a Production Supervisor at Navistar. In 1992, they joined DENSO as a Team Leader and stayed there until 1995. Ken then worked at Robert Bosch from 1995 to 1998, where they held the positions of Production Group Leader and Product Specialist. Since 1998, Ken has been working at Star Tribune, starting as an Operations Manager, Prepress and currently serving as the Operations Director.

Ken W. holds an MBA degree in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Industrial Technology from Saginaw Valley State University. Ken has a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the University of Notre Dame, where they received Lean Six Sigma training. Ken W. also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the University of Michigan. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues" and "Skills for Inclusive Conversations" from LinkedIn in the year 2020. Ken W. also has some background in Construction Management through their field of study at Western Michigan University.
