Randy Lebedoff

SVP & General Counsel at Star Tribune Media Company

Randy Lebedoff is senior vice president and general counsel for Star Tribune, playing a key role in the company’s strategic direction, partnerships, and successful labor negotiations. Lebedoff was the vice president and general counsel from 1989 to 2001 before being named to a similar position at Twin Cities Public Television. She rejoined Star Tribune in 2007. Earlier she was a partner at Faegre and Benson, where she practiced in the business litigation department, focusing on antitrust and other commercial litigation.

Lebedoff is a former president of the Minnesota Newspaper Association and has served on a number of nonprofit boards, including Milkweed Editions, the YWCA of Minneapolis, Planned Parenthood of Minnesota, Abbott-Northwestern Hospital and the Fund for the Legal Aid Society.

She is a graduate of Smith College and Indiana University School of Law.
