Grace Zandstra possesses extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Rental Manager at Star Truck Rentals since August 2016. Previously, Grace held roles including Service Assistant at The Sharpe Collection, where responsibilities included customer satisfaction follow-ups, and Guest Service Representative positions at both Spire Hospitality and Holiday Inn Express, focusing on guest check-ins and satisfaction. Other experience includes customer relations at Todd Wenzel Automotive and work as a Photographer at Lifetouch Portrait Studios. Grace holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Grand Rapids Community College and has a high school diploma from Sparta High School.
