Arun Raghavan

Arun Raghavan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting as a Software Engineer at Infosys, they progressed to roles such as Area Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and later as Director at Ocwen Financial Solutions, where they were pivotal in developing key systems and improving productivity. Arun'sleadership continued at IBM as a Senior Managing Consultant, overseeing a significant project turnaround. Arun also co-founded eSkinDoctor, scaling the startup and securing funding. Arun'srecent roles include AVP Revenue at magicpin, where they managed revenue and oversaw a migration to GCP, and Head Cognitive Platforms at UNFYD®COMPASS, focusing on cognitive and AI capabilities. Currently, at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance, they serve as the Head of IT Architecture & Design, showcasing their expertise in technology and strategic growth.

Arun Raghavan holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and the University of Cologne. Prior to their MBA, they completed an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology. Arun also attended Army School in Agra Cantt to complete their high school education. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as Big Data, Data Science, and Enterprise Design Thinking from IBM.
