Robert Jess

Robert Jess has extensive experience in both emergency medical services and mechanical repair. Currently serving as an Emergency Medical Technician at Star Valley Health since April 2022, Robert previously held various mechanic roles, including positions at PRATT'S TRUCK SERVICE, PRO Rentals & Sales, and Barney Trucking, where responsibilities ranged from repairing customer vehicles to managing a fleet of rental equipment. Robert's earlier career includes a decade of service with the Carlin Volunteer Fire Department, where emergency medical and fire response services were provided, alongside administrative tasks such as ambulance billing and reporting. Additionally, Robert has worked as an underground mechanic with Newmont Mining Corporation, contributing to the maintenance of mining equipment while also providing emergency medical aid. Robert holds certifications in Emergency Medical Technology and Diesel Mechanics from Great Basin College.
