Aaron Noveshen has held a variety of roles in the food industry. Aaron began their career in 1993 as the Chef de Cuisine at Alain Rondelli. In 1994, they became the Founding Partner and VP Food and Beverage at World Wrapps. In 2000, they moved on to become the Manager of Culinary Innovation at Mattson. In 2002, they served as the Founder and Chairman of The Culinary Edge, and Co-Founder and Board Director at Pacific Catch. In 2012, they became an OG Driver at Lyft, where they donated all their proceeds to charities such as Homeboy Industries, Doctors Without Borders, JDRF, and Prostate Cancer Research. In 2014, they founded and became the CEO of Starbird.
Aaron Noveshen graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
