Nick Falco has held a variety of positions in the hospitality industry since 2002. Nick began their career as a Banquet Supervisor / Butcher / Line Cook at The Garrison Golf Club in 2002. Nick then worked as a General Manager at Applebee's from 2004 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they held the position of Director of Operations at Casino M8trix & Hollywood Park Casino. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Multi-unit Director at Compass Group North America. Nick most recently held the role of District Manager at Blue Line Pizza from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they became Vice President of Operations at Starbird.
Nick Falco began their education in 1996 at North Rockland High School, where they earned their Regents Diploma. From 1998 to 2000, they attended Board of Cooperative Educational Services (B.O.C.E.S.) and obtained a Cooking Certificate in Culinary Arts & Management. Nick then went on to The Culinary Institute of America, where they earned both a Bachelor's degree and an Associates degree in Business Management and Culinary Arts, respectively, from 2000 to 2004. In 2016, they obtained a Level 1 Certification from the Cicerone Certification Program.
