Sam Neel

Sam Neel is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Starboard Consulting since January 2013, Sam has a strong background in IBM Maximo development, Java, Syclo Agentry Mobile Platform, IBM WebSphere, and database management with Oracle and SQL Server.
