Benito Mendez is an experienced executive in merchandising and planning, currently serving as SVP of Merchandising & Planning at Starboard Group since October 2023 and as a Strategy Advisor at BM Business Advisors LLC since January 2022. Mendez has a notable history with Hard Rock International, where as Vice President of Merchandising, E-commerce & Licensing, significant achievements included leading retail strategy and product development for a $5 billion global organization. Prior to that, Mendez held key roles at LVMH, culminating in the position of Vice President of Merchandising, Merchandise Planning and Distribution, overseeing a $850M Duty-Free retail business and achieving substantial revenue growth across various categories.
