Claudia King-McWilliams

Claudia King-McWilliams serves as Vice President and General Manager at Starboard Group, Royal Caribbean International & Asia, beginning in July 2022. Prior to this role, Claudia held the position of Vice President Contact Center, Groups and Process Improvement at MSC Cruises from June 2019 to July 2022. Claudia's experience also includes serving as Director of Innovation and Catering Transformation at Delta Air Lines from October 2017 to June 2019 and holding various director-level positions at Royal Caribbean International between 2003 and 2017. Claudia's earlier career includes roles at Our Lucaya Beach and Golf Resort and Royal Caribbean International, covering guest services, reservations, and customer service. Claudia is an alumnus of The Wharton School, completing the Executive Leadership Program in 2007, 2008, and 2009.
