Stacy Shaw

Stacy Shaw is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the cruise and luxury hospitality industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Luxury & Resorts at Starboard Group since November 2019, Stacy plays a vital role in shaping the organization's vision and oversees emerging business units. Previously, as Head of Global Sales & Business Development at Virgin Voyages, Stacy crafted a robust go-to-market strategy and targeted key client segments. Prior positions at Royal Caribbean Group included Associate Vice President roles in Sales & Business Development and Product Development, where substantial revenue and strategic partnerships were established. Additionally, Stacy has contributed as a Strategy & Management Consultant at Seafair Miami and held various roles at Carnival Cruise Line and Renaissance Cruises. An alumnus of West Virginia University with an MBA in Management and a BSBA in Finance, Stacy also serves on the Visiting Committee Board for the John Chambers College of Business & Economics.
