Suyin Escalante, MBA, is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in logistics and operations management. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Operations Manager at Starboard Group since March 2022, Suyin oversees project deliverables related to ship operations and inventory management while assessing business processes to identify potential gaps. Prior experience includes roles as Allocation Manager at Sealand – A Maersk Company and Allocation Analyst at Hamburg Süd, where Suyin focused on optimizing cargo flow and resource allocation through rigorous reporting and analysis. Previous positions also include Export Operations at Seaboard Marine and Export Coordinator at Global Freight Systems, Inc. Suyin holds a Master of Business Administration from St. Thomas University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Logistics from Broward College.
