Ivan Lynch

Ivan Lynch is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in management roles. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at Starboard Hotels since January 2022, Ivan previously held the position of General Manager at Accor, overseeing the Mercure Dunkenhalgh, which includes a 175-bedroom hotel and various facilities. Earlier roles include General Manager at Fence Gate Inn, managing a busy restaurant and banquet operations, and a similar position at Craiglands Hotel in Ilkley. Ivan's career in hotel management began at MacDonald Hotel Group, where Ivan also served as General Manager. Ivan holds a chef training certification from the Technological University of the Shannon, and completed foundational education at St Patricks Classical School in Ireland.
