Lindsey Cara

Lindsey Cara is the Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Starboard Value. Lindsey has over ten years of experience working in the legal and compliance field. Prior to joining Starboard Value, Ms. Cara was a Senior Associate at Protege Partners, where they worked on a variety of legal and compliance matters. Ms. Cara began their career as an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP, where they worked in the Investment Funds, Advisers and Derivatives Group. Ms. Cara is a graduate of Harvard Law School and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Lindsey Cara attended Bucknell University for their undergraduate degree and then went on to Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law for their Juris Doctor.

They are on a team with Gavin Molinelli - Partner, Kenneth Marlin - Chief Financial Officer & Partner, and Douglas Snyder - Managing Director. Lindsey Cara reports to Jeffrey Smith, Managing Member, CEO & Chief Investment Officer.
