Elissa Burke

Elissa Burke has a diverse work experience. Elissa is currently serving as the Chief Program Officer at Starbridge since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Heritage Christian Services where they held various roles including Director of Community Initiatives, Associate Director of Community Initiatives, and Broker. In these roles, Elissa supported individuals with intellectual disabilities in self-directing their lives, acted as a liaison between service coordinators and fiscal intermediaries, and empowered individuals and their families to build their Circles of Support.
