Nora Kiriakidi

Nora Kiriakidi is an experienced professional in the fields of education and employment support, currently serving as an Employment Counselor at Starbridge since July 2016. In this role, Nora provides employment support services to individuals with intellectual and learning disabilities, facilitating career exploration, job development, and ongoing employment maintenance. Prior to this position, Nora worked for nearly two decades as an Educator at Starbridge, where a strong focus on improving educational outcomes was demonstrated through various instructional roles, including literacy and vocational skills instruction. Earlier career experiences include serving as a College Lecturer at the Pedagogical University, where course structures were developed for psychology programs, and working as a Research Associate at the Russian Academy of Education, where a dissertation on infant development was completed. Nora holds a Master's degree in Behavioral Genetics from the Psychological Institute and both BS and MS degrees in Educational Psychology from Moscow Pedagogical State University.
