As a Senior Partner at Starbright Floral Design since September 1994, Nicodemus has contributed to the company being recognized as "The Official Florist of the City That Never Sleeps." In addition, Nicodemus serves as the 2021 New York Chair for the Forbes New York Business Council, focusing on opportunities for growth and networking among prominent business leaders in the Greater New York City area. Previous experience includes a sales role at Lanier Worldwide, where Nicodemus was involved in marketing early word processor technology, and at Southwestern Company, where Nicodemus funded college expenses through summer sales of encyclopedias. Nicodemus holds a degree from the University of Florida and attended Jefferson High School.
