Andrew Lee

Andrew Lee is the Director of Manufacturing Continuous Improvement at Starbucks, a role held since 2017. Previously, they served as the Plant Director for the Kent Flexible Plant and held various leadership positions in manufacturing finance at Starbucks, including Director of EMEA Manufacturing Operations and Director of Manufacturing Finance. Prior to their tenure at Starbucks, Andrew worked at Carlisle Companies as the Director of Finance and Lead Cost Analyst at Ford Motor Company, where they managed financial processes for high-volume assembly plants. Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Kansas and a BA in Business - Accounting and Norwegian Language & Literature from the University of Washington.
