Ashish Gandhi

Ashish Gandhi is an experienced technology professional currently serving as an Enterprise Architect at Starbucks since July 2025. Prior to this role, Ashish has held various key positions, including Director at EnterpriseCube Inc, where expertise encompasses enterprise applications, cloud technologies, and SaaS solutions, as well as the development of a comprehensive retail store management application. Ashish has significant experience as a Principal Solutions Architect at Nike and in Enterprise Data Warehouse design/build at Ross Stores, Inc. Previous roles include Retail Apps Integration Architect at Gymboree and various integration and consulting positions at Longs Drugs, Perry Ellis International, and CSC Consulting. Ashish holds two Master’s degrees in Computer Science from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and Lamar University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai University.
