Chad Lepper currently serves as the Manager of Retail Network Engineering at Starbucks since September 2020. Previously, Chad held various leadership roles at Verizon Enterprise Solutions from April 1998 to December 2018, including Director of the Advanced Technology Group, Director of the Virtual Center of Excellence, and Director of Lifecycle Architecture and Engineering. In these positions, Chad was instrumental in leading pre-sales engineering teams, expanding a solution architecture group from 10 to over 90 individuals globally, and managing engineering resources for complex programs. Chad's earlier roles included Senior Regional Manager for Solution Architecture and Sales Engineer, where significant contributions were made to support high-revenue clients, particularly in the Government and Education sectors. Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Washington.
