Chris Polaski is currently the Director of Sourcing Capabilities and Governance at Starbucks, where they lead a team focused on implementing process and system improvements. With a foundational Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington, Chris contributed to numerous successful product launches and process improvements during their tenure. Prior roles included Project Manager and Senior Manager in New Product Introduction, highlighting their extensive experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
