Christopher Neves has over two decades of extensive experience in product management and digital technology, currently serving as the Director of Product for In-store Digital Experience and Store Technology at Starbucks since October 2013. Neves previously held positions as Group Product Manager and Manager of Digital Products at Starbucks, overseeing the development of the iOS and Android applications. Prior to returning to Starbucks, Neves worked at Microsoft in various roles, including Senior Program Manager and Web Application Development Manager. Earlier career experiences include consultancy and analysis roles at Sogeti, The Cobalt Group, and LinkExchange, as well as a Concierge position at The Peaks Resort & Spa. Christopher Neves earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business from Skidmore College and has international educational experience from The University of Western Australia.
