Clinton Couch

Clinton Couch is the Director of Construction for the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions at Starbucks. They began their tenure at Starbucks in 2006 as a Construction Project Manager and progressed through various roles, including Facilities Services Manager and Senior Project Manager, before assuming their current position in 2025. Prior to joining Starbucks, Clinton worked as an Equipment Specialist at Service Associates from 2000 to 2004.
