Danni Affolter

Danni Affolter is an experienced software engineering professional with a strong background in leadership and project management. Danni served as a Software Engineering Manager and Engineering Lead at Starbucks from June 2019 to September 2022, managing retail POS release teams. Prior to that, Danni was a Vice President and Application Development Lead at JPMorgan Chase from October 2011 to April 2015, where leadership encompassed a scrum team focused on delivering high-quality work through Agile methodologies. Danni also worked as a Consultant at Accenture from June 2006 to September 2011, engaging in all phases of the Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle. Danni started the career as a Technology Intern at Caterpillar Inc., developing neural network prototypes. Danni holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bradley University, graduating summa cum laude.
