Emily Frankel has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Barista at Starbucks since March 2016 and as an Assistant Manager at Infinity Sun since April 2014. Previous roles include Assistant Pastry Chef positions at Azure by allegretti and Robert's Steakhouse, and work as a Pastry Chef at Ben & Jerry's. Emily began their career as a Supervisor at Gertrude Hawk Chocolates and as a Chocolatier at Lindt & Sprungli, demonstrating a strong background in customer service and chocolate education. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh-Online Division, along with an Associate of Science degree and a Pastry Arts Degree from Atlantic Cape Community College.
