Evan Johns

Evan Johns is a communications leader and former diplomat with extensive experience in government relations, trade, and geopolitical risk. They served as a Contract Administrator and Risk Manager at KAZ, and held multiple roles at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, including Assistant Director and Legal Specialist. Evan has represented Australia's interests internationally, working in embassies in Berlin, Tokyo, Singapore, and Phnom Penh. Currently, they are the Director of International Risk & Reputation Communications at Starbucks, where they manage a comprehensive risk management and communications portfolio. Evan is also pursuing a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor's degree in Arts from The Australian National University.
