Kathy Vik is currently an Operations Manager at Bon Appétit Management Company, a position held since 1992. Previously, Kathy served as the F&B Manager at Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel from 1990 to 1992. In addition to their extensive experience in operations management, Kathy has been with Starbucks since 2011. Kathy is pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Agriculture from South Dakota State University, and is also studying Culinary at Hennepin Technical College, alongside a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
