Michael Cunningham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology infrastructure and management. Currently serving as Infrastructure Manager for Technology Enablement and Automation at Starbucks since June 2007, Michael delivers critical infrastructure solutions and leads the IT operational team, while previously holding roles as Lead Network Engineer focusing on various IT services and systems design. Prior to Starbucks, Michael served as Captain and EMT for KCFD 47, responding to numerous emergency calls, and worked at Boeing as a VoIP Network Designer. Michael's career also includes ownership of E-Communications Services and management roles at Shared Technologies, along with service in the US Navy. Michael holds a diploma in General Studies from Lebanon High and furthered education at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
