Norman Ramirez is an accomplished quality management professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Quality Manager for Global Coffee & Tea at Starbucks since August 2020, Norman previously held several roles at Mercon Group from 2011 to 2020, including Quality Manager and Green Coffee Quality Coordinator, focusing on coffee cupping and quality control processes. Prior to Mercon, Norman worked as Laboratory Chief at Grupo Pantaleon, overseeing laboratory operations and budget management, and spent multiple years at Kraft Foods Group in various quality and planning roles, managing ISO and Food Safety Systems across facilities in Central America and Jamaica.
