Rhoda Milam

Rhoda Milam is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Partner Resources at Starbucks since June 2024, Milam previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Zulily for a brief period in early 2023, overseeing comprehensive HR operations. From September 2013 to January 2022, Milam excelled at T-Mobile as Senior Vice President of HR Business Partners, leading a large team while driving transformational HR initiatives. Earlier career milestones include Vice President of Human Resources and Sr. Director of Human Resources at T-Mobile, and Senior HR Systems Lead at WaMu. Milam also contributed to Avanade as Global HR SAP Solution Lead. Rhoda Milam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/HR Management from Central Washington University and has completed an Executive Coaching Certification Program at the Center for Creative Leadership.
