Ryan Cooper has extensive experience in operations and retail management, currently serving as a regional operations coach at Starbucks since October 2012, where previous roles included district manager for licensed stores and in San Diego and Orange Counties. Prior to Starbucks, Ryan held the position of district manager for retail sales at Sprint from July 2004 to September 2012, after starting as a store manager in retail sales at T-Mobile USA. Early professional experience includes working as a project manager at Amor Ministries, overseeing the procurement and logistics for building materials for over 2,000 homes in Mexico. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from San Diego State University, as well as additional education from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California.
