Shawn Newcomb

Shawn Newcomb is an experienced professional with a background in operations management and leadership roles in the food and retail industries. Currently serving as a Site Director at Starbucks since June 2016, Shawn has held various positions including Sr Operations Manager and Sr Manufacturing Operations Manager. Prior to Starbucks, Shawn worked at Safeway in multiple roles, culminating as Plant Manager from September 2014 to June 2016, with previous positions as Plant Superintendent and Plant Supervisor. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Group Leader at Target and as an Air Traffic Controller in the US Navy from 1996 to 2006. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2006 and 2010.
