Tina Brandt

VP, APAC Operations at Starbucks

Tina Brandt began their career in the foodservice industry in 1994, working their way up from assistant store manager to deli/food manager at Costco Wholesale. In 2001, they transitioned to Starbucks Coffee Company, where they spent the next 11 years in various roles, most notably as program manager for inventory management and global operations. In this role, Tina was responsible for providing business intelligence and ensuring all groups had access to detailed information about materials procurement and supplies. Tina also worked cross-functionally with I.T. and supply chain operations to streamline processes, improve warehouse management, and enhance systems - all of which contributed to significant cost savings for Starbucks. In 2012, Tina was promoted to VP of APAC Operations, where they currently oversee all Starbucks operations in Asia-Pacific.

Their manager is Emmy Kan, SVP & President, Asia Pacific. They are on a team with Takafumi Minaguchi - CEO, Starbucks Japan, Belinda Wong - Chair, Starbucks China.
