Trudi Slater

Trudi Slater is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in retail operations, currently serving as vice president of International Retail Operations at Starbucks since August 2022. Prior to this role, Trudi held various senior positions within Starbucks, including vice president of Operations for Starbucks China and vice president of International and Licensed Stores Business Operations. Trudi's career at Starbucks began in April 2001, with progressively responsible roles in operations planning, business alignment, and district management. Additionally, Trudi served as a board member for YouthCare Seattle from October 2014 to December 2018 and worked as an Area Manager at Pizza Hut (UK) Ltd prior to joining Starbucks. Trudi holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Hotel and Catering Business from The University of Huddersfield, earned between 1990 and 1994.
