Laurent Poulain

Laurent Poulain is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various technical roles across multiple companies. Currently a Senior Software Engineer at Starburst since May 2022, Laurent focuses on enhancing Trino clients and improving performance and functionality. Previously at TraceLink, Laurent served as both Principal Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the development of a Data Mesh platform and a Business Intelligence solution for supply chain analytics. Laurent's earlier career includes significant roles at Progress and eXcelon, where technical support and business intelligence capabilities were key responsibilities.
