Hope Chalmers has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Hope started their career as an Account Manager at Grainger, where they exceeded sales goals and was promoted to National Accounts within a year. Hope then worked as a National Accounts Manager, developing and driving national buying programs for various companies and securing a $15M lighting contract.

After that, Hope worked as a Sales Manager at NSA/Juice Plus+, championing a sales team and developing an interactive nutrition education program for a school district. Hope then founded and managed their own B2B communications consultancy, Hope Communications, where they provided services to small to mid-sized corporations.

Hope also served as a Communications Manager at The Chapel, a mega church, where they built and led teams of employees and volunteers and developed best practices. Hope then worked as an Account Manager at Tech Image, a boutique PR firm, where they focused on account management and new business development in the technology industry.

Hope later joined ITW as a Key Account Manager, launching new products for the high-end residential renovation market and managing a large U.S. region. Currently, they serve as a National Partner Manager at STARC Systems Inc., where they develop and grows national and regional partnerships within the construction and renovation space, serving various market sectors.

Hope Chalmers has a Bachelor's degree in Business Communications from the Florida Institute of Technology.
