Leisa DuPuy

Leisa DuPuy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Leisa is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at STARC Systems Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at GWI from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for directing accounting, finance, and treasury operations, as well as leading strategic business planning and forecasting activities.

From 2015 to 2018, Leisa worked as the Finance Director at Fiber Materials Inc., where they directed accounting, purchasing, and treasury operations for a classified government contracts manufacturing company. Leisa also played a crucial role during the due diligence and divestiture process when the company spun off as its own standalone entity.

Before that, Leisa served as the Director of Finance at Pierce Atwood LLP in 2014, where they managed financial operations for the multi-office law firm. Leisa was responsible for overseeing accounting functions, evaluating internal controls, and promoting operational efficiency throughout the firm.

Leisa started their career as a Financial Analyst Lead at Anthem, Inc. in 2005, where they provided guidance and leadership in financial reporting and analysis. Leisa also took on the role of Owner/Program Director at CompuChild in 2004, managing daily operations and implementing financial tracking systems.

Earlier in their career, Leisa worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Anna Jaques Hospital and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Procter & Gamble.

Leisa DuPuy completed their education chronologically, starting with their high school education at Wells High School from 1987 to 1991. Leisa then attended Bentley University from 1991 to 1995, earning their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, with a minor in Mathematics. Following that, they pursued their Master's degree at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, from 1996 to 2001. Their Master's degree was in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Leisa DuPuy obtained two additional certifications. In October 2019, they received a Certificate in Private Capital Markets from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Prior to that, in February 2015, they achieved the Six Sigma Lean Professional certification from the Management and Strategy Institute.
