Handra

Handra is the current CEO at Star Capital. Prior to this, they were the Vice President at Bukalapak from January 2019 to September 2019. Handra was responsible for monetization strategy initiatives as well as to manage daily operational of marketing solution product team of 50 people (mini-CEO). Handra was also the General Manager at Rodamas Group from January 2017 to December 2019 where they were responsible for business development initiatives across Rodamas Group companies, incl. PT Sasa, Asahimas, Megmilk, utilizing my Japanese fluency. Handra was a Consultant at Kearney from January 2016 to December 2017 where they were responsible for industry analysis and strategy formulation for telco and energy industry clients. Before that, they were the Senior Manager at PT Astra International Tbk from January 2013 to December 2016. Prior to that, they worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley from January 2009 to December 2013.

Handra has a master's degree in engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA in finance and strategy from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a bachelor's degree in engineering from The University of Tokyo, and a business analytics certification from Imperial College London. Handra also has certifications from CPA Australia, ICMA - International Capital Market Association, Product Manager HQ, CFTE - Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship, and The Japan Foundation.
