Melanie Reichardt

Melanie Reichardt (Lammers) currently serves as Director Marketing (ppa.) and Head of Customer Journey at STARCAR GmbH Kraftfahrzeugvermietung since December 2019, focusing on merging private customer businesses and enhancing the customer journey for the STARCAR EUROPA SERVICE Group. Additionally, Melanie holds the position of Director Marketing at EUROPA SERVICE Mobility Partners AG since September 2020. Prior experience includes co-founding uze! Mobility and leading marketing initiatives, as well as significant roles at EUROPA SERVICE Autovermietung AG, where Melanie developed business and marketing strategies and managed projects. An MBA from the International School of Management, along with diverse international educational experiences, complements a solid foundation in service marketing and business administration with a BA from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
