Cynthia Buster

Cynthia Buster, MS, MSN, RN is an experienced nurse educator and infection control coordinator currently working at StarCare Lubbock. With a background in various nursing roles at Covenant Health, Lubbock ISD, and other healthcare institutions, Cynthia also has experience as a tutor and nursing instructor. Cynthia holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Lubbock Christian University and is dedicated to quality assurance and performance improvement in healthcare settings.
